Sept. 11 – Fall Semester begins

Oct. 16 – 19 (Mon – Thur) – Watch Week/Parent Observation

Oct. 31^st – Halloween NO CLASSES

Sat. Nov 11^th – State Street Dance Company will march in the O’Fallon Veteran’s Day Parade

Sat. Nov 18^th and Sun. Nov 19^th – Cecchetti Workshop at Dancestation – mandatory for students working on Cecchetti exams

Nov. 20 – Nov. 25 (Mon – Sat) – Thanksgiving/Fall Break NO CLASSES

Sat. Nov 25^th our SSDC dancers will march/dance in O’Fallon’s Christmas light parade

Sat . Dec 9^th – dress rehearsal for Nutcracker and class pictures at the studio – mandatory for all students participating in the Nutcracker

Thur. Dec 14^th – dress rehearsal for the Nutcracker at the Hett – mandatory for all students participating in the Nutcracker performances

Fri. Dec 15^th and Sat. Dec 16^th – Nutcracker performances at the Hett

Dec. 18 – Jan. 5 – Christmas/Winter Break – NO CLASSES

Sat. Jan 6th classes resume

January – Recital Costume Deposit due

Feb 3-4^th– Cecchetti Workshop at Rena’s in Edwardsville. Mandatory only for dancers examining in March

March 1 – 3 (Fri – Sun) – Cecchetti exam weekend at DanceStation

March 26^th – April 1^st (Tues – Easter Monday) Spring Break – NO CLASSES

April – Costume balance due

June 2 – Recital Pictures at the studio

June 3-8^th – RECITAL WEEK! Please make sure you are not on vacation this week, as these are mandatory rehearsals in order to participate in the recitals

June 3-4^th – large group/ballet rehearsals for the recital at the studio – NO REGULAR CLASSES

Jun. 5-7th – Dress Rehearsals (at The Hettenhausen Center for the Arts) – mandatory to participate in recital – specific days and times for each class will be sent home in April

Jun. 7^th and 8^th – Recitals (at The Hettenhausen Center for the Arts)

Jun. 9 – 23 – Summer Break – NO CLASSES – summer classes begin June 24^th

**Reminder that tuition is calculated by the semester and is broken down into 5 equal installments per semester for your convenience. Each installment is the same – no matter how many weeks are in each month**
