Recital Costume Deposit and Permission slips due by tomorrow

The recital permission slip (and costume deposit fees) are due by tomorrow at 7pm. We are trying to order costumes this weekend. I know we had two snow days earlier this week, so we are adding office hours tomorrow from 4-7pm so everyone can drop off forms and fees, either today from 4-9:30pm or tomorrow from 4-7pm. We also have a covered mailbox outside the studio, on our wooden staircase, that you can drop off the form anytime until 7pm tomorrow. We do need the actual physical form and not a screenshot – with over 200 dancers we keep all of the forms together to know who gets a costume ordered, and who has opted out of recital. If you are not planning on participating in the recital with us, please email me at edancestation@yahoo.com to let me know. I know some of these dancers have class this evening, so you can send forms and fees with them tonight, but even if your child had a snow day on Mon or Tues we still need their permission slip. We are missing almost 80 permission slips, and we don’t want anyone missing out on having a costume ordered for their child this weekend. We also have extra permission slips the studio if you cannot find your January newsletter. If you have not paid your costume deposit yet, it is $55 and can be paid by cash or check at the studio, or online by clicking on ‘other’ below the tuition button on the parent portal.  Thank you so much! I know the snow days made things harder this week, and we will be offering make up classes, but I still really need to order ballet costumes this weekend! Appreciate the extra trip to the studio to turn in your permission slips and fees. We are in Edwardsville this weekend for a Cecchetti ballet workshop, so tomorrow 4 – 7pm will be the last chance to turn in your forms and fees. Thanks!!! Elizabeth
