DanceStation December Newsletter 2022
*DanceStation t-shirts are in! We will send them home with the dancers in their ballet class (or pre/k/combo class) this week, or you can pick them up at the front desk. The t-shirt company would like us to tell you to handwash or use a gentle cycle on the student t-shirts this year. In order to get a better ‘sparkle,’ we did a heat transfer on the kid’s shirts. So they could be damaged if they are washed with anything like a zipper or button that could pull on the design. For the parent ‘mom, dad, and grandma’ t-shirts, we still used the luster ink. So those should be ok in the normal wash.
**Reminder to be careful in the parking lot. We have had two parking signs and the wooden post by the door knocked down just this year. I’m not sure if people are backing into them, or if it is happening after hours. We are thinking about putting up a camera facing the parking lot for safety reasons.
***Auto pay for tuition goes through today, for any auto-pay families that have not already paid manually.
Weather Policy Reminder: If the schools in O’Fallon District 90 close due to poor weather conditions, dance classes are cancelled as well. If bad weather develops in the afternoon/evening while students are in school, I will send out a notification through the App if classes are cancelled.
Christmas/Winter Break: No classes Monday, December 19 – Monday, January 2nd.
Please have a safe, healthy, and wonderful break! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the teachers and staff at DanceStation!!!!
