Dec reminders and Nutcracker info coming home this week

Each child will bring home a reminder/checklist for the Nutcracker dress rehearsals and performances this week. Please read it thoroughly.  It has info about makeup and hair, as well as arrival times, what to wear to rehearsals and shows, plus another reminder of all rehearsal times and performance times. We are being very thorough this year, and triple reminding everyone, because things are hectic around the holidays and we want everyone to have multiple places to find the info to make sure these next two weeks go smoothly! Keep that paper handy, so you are well informed and email me with any questions at edancestation@yahoo.com.  We are also sending home a flyer for one of our SSDC fundraisers for Nutcracker. Instead of flowers, my State Street Dance Company will be selling Keepsake Nutcrackers you can give your child after the performance. It is not mandatory, but it is very popular and super fun for the dancers to pick out their favorite. All proceeds go into our SSDC fund for scholarships and guest artists. If you purchase a Nutcracker during our Pre-sale (at the Thur dress rehearsal at the Hett in the Lobby) we can even personalize it for your child. We will also be selling little take home goodies on the way out of each performance since we still can’t have a full bake sale.  Don’t forget tuition is due the first week in December. Please make sure to pay your tuition before the performances so we don’t have to track you down over the break. Thanks! Elizabeth
